REQUIREMENTS

Please present the following:

Passport

Immigration Permit

  • I-94/I-95/ESTA

Tourist Visa

  • or foreign voter picture ID.

Airline Ticket

  • or boarding pass. If driving to Texas or U.S., bring I-94.

$10 Min.

  • $10 minimum sales tax per physical store; however, multiple receipts from same physical store may be combined.

Merchandise

  • Items must be purchased within 30 days of departure and brought to our office for inspection. Do not wear or use items while in country. Items must be taken upon departure.

Original Sales Receipts

  • No photocopied, emailed, or reprinted receipts. TTB must keep originals, ask retailers for duplicates. Do not write on receipts. Circled/marked items do not qualify for export.

Additional Requirements

BY COMMERCIAL PLANE

  • flight ticket or a print out of the itinerary with reservation number and connecting flights information.

BY BEING A CREW

  • Valid I-95 or Flight plan.
  • Badge

BY CAR

  • Valid I-94 or equivalent.

BY PRIVATE PLANE

  • Flight plan with customer’s departure information and tail number.

BY SHIP

  • Official departure plan with customer departure information or valid I-95 with name of the vessel.
